SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on analytics, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Analytics and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, website).

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.

  • Help manage content calendars for social media and email campaigns.

  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising efforts.

Content Creation:

  • Create and edit engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters that align with brand voice and goals.

  • Collaborate with the team to produce visuals and graphics for campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Campaign Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track the performance of digital campaigns and compile reports to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct keyword research and track trends to improve content visibility.

Website and CRM Management:

  • Assist with updating and maintaining website content using platforms like WordPress or Squarespace.

  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management and segmentation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Squarespace.
