All the work I do has a similar basic framework, but what makes life coaching different from other types of coaching is the broad scope of things we can accomplish together. The changes we’ll work to make won’t just affect one part of your career or daily routine—they’ll flow out into every aspect of your life and future.

MY STEPS TO SUCCESS

A concrete process to help you do better, feel better, & be better.

  • What’s holding you back from living the life of your dreams? In most cases, your beliefs about yourself and the world around you play a huge role in this. We call these “limiting beliefs.” These beliefs could be anything from “I don’t feel competent enough to get the role I want” to “I’m afraid others will judge me” and beyond.

    In this initial step of our work together, we’ll identify the challenges you’re facing, and then identify what limiting beliefs you may have that are preventing you from overcoming them. Once we’ve made this assessment, we’ll be able to look at these ideas from different perspectives and challenge whether they’re actually true. This work will help us build the confidence and momentum necessary to move forward to the next step.

  • Once we’ve broken down the beliefs that have been keeping you stuck, we can replace them with new beliefs. We’ll go through various assessments to determine your specific strengths, values, interests, personality, relational dynamics, and more. Establishing these things will help you connect to your inner compass, and know which direction is “true north” for you. With this new sense of direction, you can begin relying on your inner compass to make decisions and choices that align with your truest self.

  • With this strong sense of self in place, we’ll begin to create a roadmap to the life you truly desire. We’ll do this through reverse engineering—starting with your ultimate goals and working backward. In our previous step, we already found your WHY. Now we can create and commit to specific goals. Because if you know the underlying reasons you want to do something, you’re more likely to sustain momentum and follow through with it.

  • Though the actual work we’ll do in this step will vary depending on the goals we’ve set, the outcome is the same: I provide accountability and support, you make the magic happen. Once we’ve entered this stage, you’ll watch as the work we’ve done so far transforms your perspective and makes taking next steps easier than ever before. We’ll co-create tangible tools and skills you can use in your everyday life to be more aligned with your “true north” and I’ll be there to continue guiding you as you realize the extraordinary life you deserve.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I recommend committing to 12 sessions together over the course of 6 months. You can choose the frequency of these sessions to suit your likely busy schedule. Many of my clients who complete these initial 12 sessions see valuable results and choose to continue working with me, some for several years, but whether we continue together is ultimately your decision.

  • The cost of life coaching varies, as all packages are customized to meet each client’s unique needs. We typically recommend a package of at least 12 sessions, starting at $6,000 and up, depending on your goals and requirements. Payment plans are available to provide flexibility, allowing you to invest in your personal growth in a way that suits your budget. Sessions lasts 60 minutes each and can be face-to-face or virtual.

  • No, unfortunately, insurance companies do not work with coaches. For those who cannot afford my services, I offer a scholarship program. For those who cannot afford my services, I offer limited scholarships per year for those that demonstrate financial need.

  • Definitely. Having an understanding of psychology helps me recognize people’s motives and tailor my approach to their strengths. The difference between therapy and coaching, though, is that as a coach, I focus more on the present and future than on the past. We’ll still contextualize what you’re facing and what your desires are, but we’ll mostly work on moving forward.

  • I take my clients’ privacy and confidentiality very seriously and hold myself to the highest ethical standard.

    We agree to confidentiality in our coaching agreement, which stipulates our sessions are protected as confidential. Your information is also stored in a secure portal.
